We are all about making riding as safe as possible by providing medical equipment and services at the race track and,as registered charity, we hold various fundraising events throughout the year.
The CJ Riders Fund was established in early 2006 when 14-year-old Chris Jones lost his life in a tragic racing accident at Cadwell Park in August 2005. The CJ Riders Fund (CJRF) was set up in Chris’ memory to raise money within the motorcycle industry to provide medical equipment and improve the safety at British Motorcycle Races.
Chris’ parents Pam and Clive and his sister Lucy have not turned their back on the sport Chris loved. In the last two years they have dedicated their time and resources along with the CJRF team and they have now managed to hit a fantastic total of around 200,000 so far (Aug 08).
